Newark visitor center competition
This visitor center is an important connection between Penn Station, Raymond Boulevard and River Park. Relevant industrial building heritage can be found in the vicinal dock area, with large-scale tanks and containers. The opened areas were designed for events partially covered by local tree endangered plants through xeriscaping selection.
The program focuses on art events and educational activities. A green house (Phytoremediation), a police station, car (185) and bike (440) parking are also part of the program.
